Meat Cocoons

Went to the Ajax RIBFEST on Friday night.

Ate a bunch of so-so ribs.

Woke up on Saturday and took a nasty dump.

Looked out the shithouse window and saw that spring has sprung and summer is close by.......

New beginnings,butterfly's,rebirth of the cosmos and shit.

Made me hungry for some MEAT COCOONS!

Nothing beats Pork wrapped in Pork!

Here we go!


STUFF u NEED

Pork tenderloin(www.walmart.ca 2 for like 8 bucks!)

Bacon

2 tbls Fresh ground pepper(powdered shit wont cut it, there Shemp!)

2 tbls chopped dried red pepper(sweet and hot)

Olive oil(http://www.sarafino.com/)

Rock salt



1.Wash pork tenderloins in cold water. Pat dry. Place on a foil lined baking pan.


2.Mix pepper and peppers.BAM loins with half of the P+P mixture.


3.Wrap loins with bacon,starting at the thick end. Always start and end at the bottom of the loin.The weight of the loin will hold the bacon when it shrinks.BAM with remaining P+P mixture.Refrigerate.

4.Set oven to $400$ Get her right hot!

5. Drizzle with olive oil and BAM with rock salt.

6. Oven time! middle rack!

7.Take 'em out when they look like this!

Make sure you probe your meat!

155 is the safe zone but 165 is where they usually end up cause of the bacon.

Serve with a minimum of three vegetables and Arizona iced tea(http://www.drinkarizona.com)
