TLG SURF AND TURF ?

Greetings Lovely Ladies & Gents

Since Spring has Sprung !

 The BBQ  season has started .

With that being said ( or typed )

Here's a li'  TLG  B.B.Q love !!


TLG SURF AND TURF  PLATER

Ingredients
  .  2 pounds of seafood ( Salmon, Bass. and everyones favorite Halibut lol )
  .  1/4 cup butter. melted ( Salted or not )
  .  1/4 cup olive oil ( Virgins cool )
  .  1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple ( Canned works )
  .  1/4 cup seeded & finely chopped jalapenos  ( TLG LUVS IT HOTTT ! )
  .  1/4 cup honey ( A species that is dyeing, THINK about it!! / support local bee hives !)
  .  Green leaf lettuce ( This can be left to desired thought )
  .  TLG likes to call this sauce " TLG LOVE" 
  .  This can all be done with " STEAK "  



  DIRECTIONS

  Select the fish you'd like to eat, be sure your fish selection is suitable for the grill. 
  Some fish grills are better than others, if you're unsure. ask your butcher.
  JUST COOK !!

   Heat the grill make sure charcoals are heated then butter /olive onto fillet fish place on grill, 
   A fire starts causing the drip from the fat /oil, brush the sauce around don't over cook fish.        
   Grill quick adjust the cooking time to the thickness of the fish being cooked



    Flip the fish fillets and reapply another brushing of the butter.oil mix 
    Reduce heat close lip wait a few until fish is done
